THE FAIR STEP BY STEP

Following registration to the Exhibition and payment of the deposit, all Exhibitors:

Will receive an email from the Organizer's Office (at the address indicated in the registration form) with the following documentation:

Area/Stand Notification
Technical floor plan
Compulsory forms - Rules, Stand Safety, Layout of shell scheme* (only if requested) to fill in and send by fax to +39- 02 – 87.15.24.81 or by email logistica.life@zeroemission.eu
* where company name to apply to the fasciaboard and carpet colour must be indicated.

Will receive an email from Fiera Milano (eservice@fieramilano.it) with authorizations to access the area reserved only for exhibitors (http://www.zeroemissioni.it/Logon.asp) where obligatory information must be provided and additional services can be requested.
N.B: Payment to be carried out on receipt of balance
- PARKING PASSES – valid only during the days of the fair (1 included in the registration fee):
  should be requested by e-service Parking passes will be mailed, if requested, until 23 September. After this date they will be available for collection from the front office of our Logistic Department, Teodorico Gate 9.
  N.B: Only car passes requested will be available.

Will receive an email from their Project Manager with the authorizations needed to access the
following areas (http://www.zeroemissioni.it/Logon.asp ):

Will receive an email from their Project Manager with the to link to client INVITATIONS.
Will receive an email from Fiera Milano (preaccredito.logistica@fieramilano.it) to register their own fitters and/or suppliers and exhibitor personnel who will enter the fair during set up days at the page reserved for exhibitors.
