BIOTECH is the international event and conference dedicated to biotechnologies, which, at its first edition during CHEM-MED 2009 was greatly successful, with 5,420 visitors out of a total of 12,744 people during the three days of the show.
BIOTECH will be back in Milan from 26 to 28 October 2010 in the pavilions of the fieramilanocity Fair Centre to shine its spotlights once again on a fast developing sector.

BIOTECH 2010 will be an international showcase with the participation of representatives of the most prestigious biotech companies, institutions, associations, universities, laboratories, research centres and investors.

The 2010 edition of BIOTECH will offer, once again, the exclusive Partnering service, enabling users to organize one-to-one meetings, thanks to the best software available on the market worldwide.

BIOTECH 2010 will offer several participation and brand visibility opportunities, such as:
Lab Area: area dedicated to process technologies and equipment for laboratories
Conference area: conference sessions, case histories, workshops, round tables
Business Area: company presentations
R&D Area, involving universities, technology transfers, research and excellence centres, which, in the context of the event, will be able to come into contact with companies in order to develop projects

BIOTECH 2010 will be a unique occasion to expand and consolidate activities in the biotech community, discover the latest research and development projects and come face to face with institutions, as well as to meet a qualified international audience of institutions, authorities, associations, universities, laboratories, research centres, private and public investors interested in biotechnologies.

BIOTECH 2010 will be held as part of a new fair concept, in symbiosis with two strongly synergic halls, which will take place from 26 to 28 October:

• NUCE INTERNATIONAL 2010, the first international exhibition dedicated to nutraceutics, cosmeceutics, functional foods & drinks, and health ingredients
• ALGAE EUROPE 2010, the first conference & expo on technologies for the production and industrial applications of algae
