What is partnering

After the successful start at Biotech 2009, which has been the first Italian event providing online partnering (system supplied by EBD Group), Artenergy is offering once again this powerful tool at BIOTECH and NUCE INTERNATIONAL 2010.
You can pre-arrange your one-to-one meetings using the online facility. Only meeting requests which are accepted by both parties will be scheduled, ensuring you only have meetings that both parties want.

You will be guided through the process with a series of email updates and reminders. In the first instance you are invited to file a company profile. Full partnering will become available approximately 2 months before the event. Meetings will be automatically scheduled during the week before the conference based on your personal availability. Profile: Start by completing your partnering profile. Your Profile is a brief summary of your company and products.

Availability: Please indicate when you are available to attend partnering meetings on your Agenda page.

Search and Request: When the full system is launched (approximately four to six weeks prior to the event), you can search through other attendees’ profiles and request meetings.

Responses: You need to log in to monitor responses to your requests, and to check who has requested meetings with you. You will not be sent emails for every change in your account.

Scheduling: The system will schedule all agreed meetings, based on the availability of participants, to ensure everyone has the maximum possible number of meetings over the course of the day.

Personal Schedule: Your preliminary schedule will be available 2 days before the event. Your final pdf schedule should be printed out before you arrive at the event.
